Here is another one of my favorite treadmill workouts. Hopefully this will help give variety as you workout. It's only 15 minutes but you can make it longer by skipping the cool down and repeating from the top.

So Hayley, I am barely able to walk at a 1.5 pace on a tredmill with out having my ankle pay me back the rest of the week. Do you have any ideas for a recumbent bike or eliptical workout that could do the same thing? My Ankle Dr said that those things would be great to use for low impact workouts.
