If you are dieting or planning on starting a diet, it is important that you add exercise along with diet. Check out these numbers:
Near Fasting Diet - 750 calories (kcal) or less you will lose 50% lean body mass (LBM) and 50% body fat.
Moderate Diet - 1200 kcal for women, 1500 kcal for men - you will lose 25% LBM and 75% body fat.
