If you are looking to start an exercise program, it is important to include the following activities:
   *Warm-up and stretching activities
   *Endurance Training
   *Cool-down and stretching activities
   *Flexibility Training
   *Resistance Training
   *Recreational Activities
A good exercise program does not consist of the same thing over and over again.  It is important to change your workouts on a weekly, monthly and yearly basis.  Otherwise, your body gets used to the same routine and you won't see any progress.

I just now realized you had this! Good for you! I will check in on this regularly and hopefully it will keep me motivated! I am having a hard time running that 3 miles!
