Ever wonder how many calories your kids should be eating? Well here you go:

Ages
1-3: 1000-1400
4-8: 1400-1600
9-13: 1800-2200 (boys) 1600-2200 (girls)
14-18: 2200-2400 (boys) 2000 (girls)
